Three years ago this week I had a heart attack from a SCAD. Being a 37 year old woman and former ER RN, I knew the symptoms but couldn't believe it was happening to me. Since then, heart attack awareness, especially in women, has become near and dear to my heart. Take care of your heart. Don't ignore the signs of a heart attack.
